Service Package Usage

Below is a chart detailing the current usage levels of your service packages. Overage that occurs over more than one month will be charged at an hourly rate and your account manager will discuss with you how best to reduce the hours required or whether a new package would give you the service you required.

During the monthly project call we can agree any specific requirements and actions for the coming month(s). The team will be able to configure campaigns, manage communications, analyse reports, and take care of the day-to-day tasks while you focus on the strategic initiatives.

The Customer Contact Centre and Leaderboard Campaigns

he LoyaltyStream® Customer Contact Centre (CCC) features an exclusive front-end portal for internal staff and incorporates a CRM for viewing customer data. For an additional fee this front end portal can also facilitate internally focused campaigns, reward and recognition, enabling internal audiences to engage with a leaderboard campaign on top of the other campaigns already available.

The countdown calendar allows you to build anticipation and urgency around your promotions, events, or special offers, ensuring members stay engaged and act within the timeframe. Our Data Capture modules help you collect detailed insights into customer spending where access to customer transactional data is challenging. The Product Registration module enables customers to register non-direct channel product purchases and provides a platform for additional benefits like extended warranties.

OCR - Invoice Upload

The OCR and Image Recognition modules utilise Microsoft's cognitive services to recognise data on a scanned image such as a product serial number or an uploaded document / invoice.

LoyaltyStream Academy is designed to drive deeper engagement and knowledge of your brand. You can create your own courses within the programme, set the requirements for success and upload pre-work resources, badges and certificates. Admins can seamlessly manage courses, including pre-requisites and participant eligibility, ensuring a personalised and effective training experience.
